The Kulyk Lake high-grade rare earth target represents a significant opportunity for Searchlight, with the increased interest by Canadian Federal and Provincial governments in rare earth elements, particularly the critical elements Neodymium and Dysprosium. Saskatchewan is also developing Canada s first Rare Earth Processing Facility at the Saskatchewan Research Council in Saskatoon, which further advances rare earth development in Canada , stated Stephen Wallace, President and CEO of Searchlight.
Searchlight acquired the project by staking as part of the Company s systematic evaluation of exploration targets in Saskatchewan. Historically, the Kulyk Lake area had been explored for uranium, followed by preliminary rare earth exploration in 2009 and 2010. ....

Thunberg takes viewers on a journey with her as she travels the globe to see first-hand the effects of the climate change crisis.
She’s considered one of the most influential voices of her generation, but environmental activist and climate change campaigner Greta Thunberg is incredibly modest when it comes to talking about the impact she has made.
The 18-year-old from Sweden has become a global force for good following her lone protest in 2018 which saw her strike for three weeks outside the Swedish parliament holding a sign saying “School Strike for Climate”.
But ask her and she says she’s still surprised at the effect she’s had a few years down line.“I still don’t really understand why people are actually listening to me,” she says frankly when we talk on Zoom. ....

Mumbai's April fatality rate already 55% more than all of March, young people turning critical in 2nd wave

Reports also suggest that while those above 60 still remain vulnerable, the younger people turning critical is also a trend that is being seen in the second wave of coronavirus.

Mumbai: Amid a sharp rise in coronavirus cases, the fatality rate in Mumbai has also been alarmingly high. According to reports, the city has reported 55% more covid-19 deaths in April than were reported in all of March. The state of Maharashtra has also seen a 23% increase in the number of covid-19 related deaths than were reported in March. 
Reports further suggest that Mumbai had reported 215 deaths in March but has crossed 333 death By April 11. Meanwhile, in January and February, the city had seen 236 and 127 deaths respectively.  ....
