On Jan. 6, we and the world saw white men storm the people s house in Washington, D.C., with weapons. If these had been BIPOC folk, they would have been killed, maimed, or seriously injured on the spot.
It was a blatant display of white supremacy, arrogance and white fear on full display. White people out of control are dangerous, because they know there are no actual consequences for them because they are white. Period.
White supremacy must be dismantled and stopped. White supremacy is killing us. It is killing our nation and democracy. I do not have any tips or clues on how to dismantle white supremacy. Only white people can accomplish this. What I do know is that it takes a change in perception and attitude, plus a healthy dose of commitment that can be modeled to others. Maybe resisting fear is a starting point. ....

Opinion: White supremacy enables MAGA rioters


In case you are still confused about the dangerous consequences of white nationalism and white supremacy running unchecked, refer to the violence at the United States Capitol that took place on Jan. 6, 2021. 
Really, sit with the photos taken that day. This was an insurgence to maintain white power, the cornerstone of Donald Trump’s presidency. Trump and other prominent Republicans lit a signal to followers to maintain how things have always been in this country. This chaos is what these extremists are fighting for. 
Notice I am not using the words “white privilege” — this is an example of white power — or “storming” — these people met little resistance breaking through barricades, and video seems to show police taking selfies with rioters and allowing them to enter the building — even though many rioters were packing firearms, dressed in tactical gear and wearing coonskin caps. And for what? To disrupt a routine procedure ....

On Wednesday, I looked at the ugliness unfolding in our capital and what did I see? Racism. Colonization. Slavery.
They manifested in my mind’s eye as I witnessed the fear and desperation of those who have chosen to embrace the myth of white supremacy.
This is not and has never been just about an election.
It is not about Democrat vs. Republican, left vs. right.
In our recent history, this society and many other parts of the world have undertaken the painful and beautiful struggle for a more dignified human existence. This struggle was raised by our ancestors who fought for sovereignty, for civil rights, for recognition as human beings in the face of the tide of white supremacy that swept across our lands in the forms of colonization and slavery. This struggle has been carried forward by every generation since. While we remain far from the equitable, accountable and just society we should be, this struggle has changed the world and will con ....

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Wednesday was formally handed over 14 state-of-the-art indigenously developed JF-17B Thunder Block-II fighter jets with far more advance technology than Rafael jets and is capable of canceling the so-called supremacy of the Indian Air Force (IAF). On the other hand, Pakistan Navy Air Defence Units demonstrated their combat readiness through live weapon firing of Surface to Air Missiles (SAMs).
Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, while addressing the handing over ceremony of the newly built JF-17B Thunder jets here at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra, termed the inclusion of jets in national fleet as a significant milestone achieved in the history of the country.
