UPPER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA Two young men pretending to need gas money stole cash from a jogger Monday afternoon, according to the Upper Makefield Township Police Department.
Around 2:40 p.m., a person was out for a walk along Street Road near Windy Hollow Road when they were approached by two men in a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with black wheels. The passenger of the vehicle told the jogger they needed money for gas. When the jogger went to retrieve money from their wallet, the passenger grabbed the money and a brief struggle ensued before the driver drove away, police said. ....

Upper Makefield Man To Face Trial On Sexual Abuse Charges

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA A trial is scheduled for April in Bucks County in the case of a Washington Crossing man charged with sexual abuse of a minor.
The minor was forced to perform sexual acts for John Suszko III, according to the Upper Makefield Township Police Department.
The 73-year-old man was arrested on July 31, 2020, on a felony warrant. He has been charged with indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors, and having involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, according to court documents. ....

Using the “Find my iPhone” app, a friend of the complainant passed along his whereabouts to the police who then went to the identified location.
In the company of the landlord, the officers entered the home. There they found an infant, uninjured but unsupervised, in the downstairs of the residence. The police also found “a large bag of marijuana next to where the infant was located,” according to the police statement. Police did not say how old the infant was, but one media report notes that the bag was open.
A search of the home allegedly revealed Nicholas Mason and his current girlfriend asleep upstairs, away from the child. Mason was woken up, but could not provide police with a satisfactory response for leaving the child unsupervised. ....
