Ralph Northam is loosening some of the restrictions put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus. In a video released yesterday, Northam credited a strong vaccine rollout for allowing the changes.   Virginia is now fully in Phase 2 of administering the COVID-19 vaccine. All residents 16 and older are currently eligible to get a shot. As of yesterday, over 3.5 million Virginians have received at least one dose, and over 26% of the state’s population has been fully vaccinated. Virginians can register for the vaccine online or call (877)-VAX-IN-VA.
