When rescue crews arrived at Pescadero State Beach on a weekend emergency call, they found three young men clinging to a small rock outcropping about 200 yards offshore.
The trio, ages 18 to 20, were wet, tired and cold after venturing out during low tide Saturday, only to get stuck when the tide returned and a shore break of 5 to 6 feet battered them. ....
