While the county is commended for its vaccine rollout efforts, a number of problems with the system are apparent.

Newly elected Eugene City Councilors Randy Groves and Matt Keating will describe what they hope to accomplish as new members of the Council.
Keating is replacing Betty Taylor, longest serving City Councilor, who retired after 24 years representing Ward 2. Ward 2 includes the southern tip of the city, starting at Chambers and running east, generally south of 28th Ave.
Groves will occupy the Ward 8 position formerly held by Chris Pryor, who retired after many years of service on the Council. Ward 8 covers the southwest corner of the city, roughly east of Green Hill and south of Royal. ....
