Rollout speedbumps
While the county is commended for its vaccine rollout efforts, a number of problems with the system are apparent. 
First, the rate people are being vaccinated is controlled by the availability of vaccines. As a result, The R-G cautions that everyone should be patient. One goal of the program is to prioritize the most vulnerable — those over 70. Scheduling appointments for vaccination has proved daunting for seniors, particularly for those of advanced age who do not have internet access.  
Vaccinations for younger age groups are being advanced, while many in the older age groups are still waiting. Further, the providers other than LCPH arrange appointments separately from LCPH, but the identity of these providers is not publicized.
