New Delhi [India], February 12 (ANI): Late celebrated Indian musician Ghulam Mustafa Khan s daughter-in-law Namrata Gupta Khan recently met President Ram Nath Kovind and presented a book based on the life of the iconic classical musician.
Namrata presented the book titled A Dream I Lived Alone , which narrates the life story of her father-in-law and legendary musician. She was accompanied by her brother-in-laws Murtuza Mustafa, Qadir Mustafa, Hasan Mustafa, and husband Rabbani Mustafa, who are renowned singers.

Speaking about the meeting, Namrata said, I have never seen someone make less of an effort to charm a room and yet so instantly establish a connection even after being The President of India. He was very encouraging and humble and said I will read the book ....

Legendary Indian classical musician and Padma Vibhushan awardee Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan passed away at his Mumbai residence on Sunday afternoon.
The celebrated musician breathed his last at 12:37 pm. Khan was an Indian classical musician in the Hindustani classical music tradition, belonging to the Rampur-Sahaswan Gharana. He was a receiver of several accolades including the Padma Shri in 1991, followed by Padma Bhushan in 2006 and Padma Vibhushan in 2018. ....
