Attorney General Peter Neronha said allowing grand juries to issue reports on their findings is critically important to ensure transparency and build public confidence in sensitive investigations.
PROVIDENCE  Should grand juries be allowed to issue reports on their findings, even if no one gets charged with a crime?

Nerohna: Grand juries should be able to issue reports for transparency
