PORTLAND, Maine, April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Northeast Bank (the “Bank”) (NASDAQ: NBN), a Maine-based full-service bank, today reported record net income of $34.2 million, or $4.06 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, compared to net income of $1.9 million, or $0.21 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. Net income for the nine months ended March 31, 2021 was $50.1 million, or $6.01 per diluted common share, compared to $11.5 million, or $1.25 per diluted common share, for the nine months ended March 31, 2020. PRINCETON, N.J., March 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The Board of Directors of The Bank of Princeton (the Bank ) (NASDAQ: BPRN) today announced that it has adopted a stock repurchase program to commence on the later of April 1, 2021 or the date approval of such program is received from the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Under the stock repurchase program, management is authorized to repurchase up to 5% of the Bank s outstanding shares of common stock, with a total cost not to exceed $10.4 million. As of today, the Bank had 6,795,779 shares of common stock outstanding and five percent of such amount would be 339,788 shares. PRINCETON, N.J., Jan. 28, 2021 /PRNewswire/  The Bank of Princeton (the Bank ) (NASDAQ: BPRN) today reported its unaudited results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.  The Bank reported net income of $4.1 million, or $0.60 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to net income of $3.5 million, or $0.52 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2020, and net income of $3.4 million, or $0.49 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2019.
