GAN Stock Surges Following Upbeat Q2, Full-Year Revenue Guidance


GAN Ltd. stock (NASDAQ:GAN) soared more than 17 percent in Wednesday’s after-hours trading session after the gaming technology provider raised its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) and revenue guidance for the second quarter, as well as its full-year sales forecast.

That’s a sign the acquisition of European iGaming and sportsbook provider Coolbet, announced last November, is paying off for GAN. The UK-based company paid $175 million in cash and equity for Coolbet.
Based on preliminary financial results, the company currently expects to report second quarter revenue of $34.0 million to $35.0 million and positive Adjusted EBITDA ranging from $3.0 million to $7.0 million, as higher than expected revenue more than offset strategic investments in talent and technology,” according ....

Caribbean Tourism Organization seeks to broaden the Caribbean's appeal in the Arabian Market


The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), the region’s tourism development agency, is seeking to strengthen its relationship with Emirates Holidays, the largest airline tour operator in the Middle East, as it seeks to broaden the Caribbean’s appeal in the Arabian Market.
Meetings with the tour operator have been scheduled this week during Arabian Travel Market (ATM) from 24-27 April, to build on the relationship which began last year when the CTO conducted an in-house training program in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) for 40 Emirates Holidays reservations, sales and operation staff to familiarize them with the Caribbean product. This after Emirates airlines had announced fights from Dubai to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a code share agreement with Jet Blue, that opened up numerous Caribbean destinations to the United Arab Emirates. ....

Video collaboration has experienced tremendous growth during the pandemic and this trend is likely to continue into 2021 as organisations are looking to accommodate the needs of their hybrid workforce.
