Wipro had earlier stated that the acquisition was an all-cash deal and was expected to be completed during the quarter ending June 30, 2021 subject to regulatory approvals. The company aims to achieve double digit growth in the range of 11-13 percent in FY22, which excludes revenues from the acquisitions.
