“It’s in gated community called ‘The Hideout.’ It reminds me of the movie because in it they go to this resort, and it also has this nostalgic charm,” she said. “There’s a huge lake, tennis courts, a pool, a tiki bar. The location in itself is amazing. I get jealous of my guests, actually.”
Rex and her husband, Dane, are superhosts of the “Midcentury A Frame,” a cabin in Hamlin and one of Airbnb’s most popular Pocono rentals.
The pair live in New York City, but just bought a second home in the area after the surge in sales of their cozy hideaway.
