While it is great that the Scottish Government has been leading the UK in integrating health and social care services and is now looking at establishing a National Care Service within an overall well-being framework that will also include mental health services, there are additional steps that could be taken to improve the health of those working within, and cared for by, the NHS, which could also serve to promote healthier lifestyles among the general public. ....
