July 17, 2021 496 TORRINGTON – Ronald W. Breen, 46 of Torrington, passed away unexpectedly on July 14, 2021, at Waterbury Hospital. He was the devoted husband of Susan (Sakl) Breen. Ronald was born on June 21, 1975, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the son of Gloria Seavey. He was a graduate of Newtown High School, then went on to working in the manufacturing industry as a machine mechanic for many years. Ronald loved to spend time with his family, especially watching his daughter’s school activities. Ronald was an avid fisherman and car enthusiast, especially for Mustangs. He enjoyed going to car shows and entering his classic Mustang, which was always a crowd favorite. Ron could fix and build anything, and he was constantly creating new things and projects. He was a dedicated dog lover, and he and his wife were proud to foster many rescues for Spotty Dog Rescue. He will be sadly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him. ....
