Thirty years ago, when he was Minister of Defence, she was a twelve-year-old girl, not a ten-year old, as we previously wrote in the magazine. They were both aware of the seriousness of the situation then and still are today. Each in their own area, Janez JanÅ¡a as a politician, his wife UrÅ¡ka BaÄovnik JanÅ¡a now as a doctor. But above all, they are devoted parents to Jakob and Ärtomir. I am pleased that I was able to conduct an exclusive interview with them for the Prijatelji Radia OgnjiÅ¡Äe magazine on the 30th anniversary of our state. They easily agreed to the interview, which happened at the ordaining ceremony for Celje Bishop Maksimiljan MatjaÅ¾ that they attended in Gornji Grad. Today, Prime Minister Janez Janša addressed, via video message, the attendees of the Global Slovenian Business: Cooperation and Development event, uniting Slovenian businessmen around the world, which has been organised by the Slovenian Global Business Network.
The attendees of the event were also addressed by Minister dr. Helena Jaklitsch, representatives of the Directorate for Economic and Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the VTIS Association, and the Slovenian World Congress, as well as Slovenian businessmen from Austria, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, USA, Canada, France, Israel, Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, and Portugal.
