London inevitably seems to get all the attention, with many of the UK’s most historic wine retailers having grown their business from the ground up from within the capital, many for centuries. Some of the oldest wine retailers in the UK are based in London, including institutions like Berry Brother’s & Rudd, Justerini & Brooks and Corney & Barrow. While others have defined a new era of modern wine retail, such as the wine wonderland that is Hedonism, Jeroboams or Lea & Sandeman.

The Belfast docks were once home to a curious mixture of tourists visiting the site of the Titanic’s construction, dockworkers and start-up founders hoping to create the next billion-dollar business.
Today, the tourist attractions are closed and you may only see a handful of entrepreneurs commuting along the River Lagan.
A short stroll from the now-empty slipways where the Titanic and its sister ship the Olympic were built is a new technology hub that’s still home to some of the world’s largest technology businesses as well as a number of fledgling companies hoping to make it big.

The duscuss the lack of plumbing and adequate water in homes and communities in the US that create Third-World conditions for many families. Data indicates that at least 460,000 homes across the country do not have a functioning bathroom or lack an adequate water supply. The Delmarva does a little better but not by much. Data indicates that 1,765 homes here on the Eastern Shore lack plumbing. Lance will discuss how The Housing Assistance Council and other organizations are addressing this issue on a national basis.
