Study matched U.S. leads from Boat Trader, YachtWorld and boats.com with purchases and revealed nearly 60% of people submitting leads were first-time buyers, plus more key insights
- Overall lead conversion rose to 17.5%, meaning that one in six sales leads submitted on a Boats Group portal resulted in a boat sale
- Of the total purchases made by people that submitted a lead on a Boats Group site, 36% were new boats
- People with no prior evidence of boat ownership made up 56% of Boats Group's users submitting leads
