Rob Cox
Rob Cox helped found Breakingviews.com in 2000 in London. From 2004 he spearheaded the startup publication's expansion in the United States and edited daily Breakingviews columns in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Rob, now based in Zurich, has worked as a journalist in London, Paris, Milan, New York, Chicago and Tokyo. Rob was named Global Editor of Breakingviews in December 2012, three years after it was acquired by Thomson Reuters and became the financial commentary arm of one of the largest news organizations in the world. Rob frequently appears on Monocle Radio and CNBC and his columns have appeared in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, BuzzFeed, USA Today, the Globe and Mail, la Repubblica and other publications.
