SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Crystal Hamilton of Sacramento has been trying to get some of her unemployment funds back from Bank of America since August.
She says her account was hit twice by fraudsters and that she reported it to the bank both times. Both times her account was frozen and a new card was issued. Just after she reported the second incident, the trouble began.
