Charles Sobhraj, the French serial killer, released from Central Jail in Nepal

Charles Shobhraj Released From Nepal Jail: The French national, also known as 'The Serpent' and 'Bikini Killer', has been released by the order of the Supreme Court of the Himalayan nation on the grounds of old age and deteriorating health condition. Since 2003, he is serving his sentence in Nepali jail on the charge of murdering two American tourists.
