Corn growers and formulators of 2,4-D urged the International Trade Commission Thursday not to grant a request from Corteva Agriscience seeking antidumping duties  on low-priced Chinese and Indian imports, claiming the company was essentially hoarding its domestic supply to increase the market share of its Enlist growing system.
