Over 14,000 beneficiaries of the Federal Government-funded empowerment programme, N-power prior to the 2019 presidential election have accused President Muhammadu Buhari of using them to win the elections and dumping them thereafter. The beneficiaries appealed to the Nigerian government to fulfil the promise his administration made to them, and not leave them in the dark.
