Kansas city says it WANTS migrants to move there with $15,000 'Choose Topeka' campaign to lure  border crossers to the Dem-led city to fill 7,000 open jobs

Cities like New York, Chicago , and Denver are struggling to care for 100,000 migrants bussed in from Texas as up to 10,000 cross the border every day - but Topeka, Kansas, wants more.
