Netflix becomes first major studio to require COVID vaccinations

Netflix on Wednesday became the first major studio to mandate vaccines
The rule applies to all working in 'Zone A' - the actors and those close to them
Last week the Hollywood unions and studios met to agree a new way of working
They agreed that producers could mandate COVID vaccinations for all in Zone A
Netflix decided they would implement the scheme for all of its US productions
Exemptions would be granted for rare cases owing to medical need or age
Last week Sean Penn refused to continue filming Gaslit until all were vaccinated
NBCUniversal said that all in Zone A could be, but Penn demanded everyone
