NT reports one local COVID-19 case, Victorian cases dip below 1,000 for two consecutive days

Australia has reported more than 1,100 COVID-19 cases and nine deaths in the past 24 hours with 918 infections reported in Victoria, 179 in New South Wales and six in the Australian Capital Territory.
