To the Editor:
Gov. Andrew Cuomoâs recent troubles â the nursing home scandal, vicious berating of critics and now alleged sexual harassment â are symptomatic of a larger problem: The governor has simply been in office too long.
Nearly three-quarters of the states impose term limits for governors, typically two four-year terms. Mr. Cuomoâs recent behavior serves as a reminder that New York should do likewise, even though it will require amending the State Constitution.
