Readers sound off on Rikers Island, Trump fraud charges and NATO

Brooklyn: There was a public hearing held with the NYC Board of Correction on Sept. 13 to address the current state of Rikers Island and the borough jails. However, the actual Department of Correction and officers left the hearing before those of us who have been impacted by their abuses and negligence could testify. So I am saying my piece to them now.
