A Chinese student who bought a Sydney mansion as a teenager has sold the seven-bedroom home for close to $11million because she wants to downsize.
Shuxin Zhou, 17, daughter of Chinese businessman Jianming Zhou, bought the Springfields Estate when she was just 14 years old for $12 million in June 2017.
The house was sold on Wednesday morning, ending a near 18-month campaign to sell the North Shore property by Chadwick's Lynette Malcolm and William Zhang, and Jing Peng of LJ Hooker Gordon.
