vaccinations for staff and members in new york. joining me now is the executive chairman. thank you for being with us. >> thank you for having me. >> vaccine requirements for customers and staff. why? >> it's the right thing to do. we've been guided to do the right thing and we're about protecting the health and well-being of our community. if you go back in time, we prioritized that as we always have and we think that now is an important time and reflection of what's going on with covid to protect our community further. the best way to do that is to require vaccinations are our members, riders and employees. that was in response for surveys we did of members where 96% of our members say they're vaccinated and they said they want us to move to a vaccine only facility. >> i would feel more comfortable walking into a health club if people were vaccinated. what do customers say? >> consistent with our surveys,
