pope francis has taken steps to try to stop this in june he created the church tribunal to judge bishops. in march he met with victims of sexual abuse and in march 2015 and headed by the archbishop of boston, cardinal o'malley. what more would you like to see him do? >> on the tribunal he said he's going to set up a process. i do not believe that process has been set up and our concern is how long will it take to get set up? how long will it take to see and the pope needs to fire, demote, publicly punish any bishop who endangers children. he could do that now, not waiting for this process and then the commission, i know two of the victims on my commission and they are wonderful people but do we really need a
