Heather what type of society is it, michael, when you cant support one side or the other, when you cant just publicly come out and say, hey, i support this, or i support that because of fear of the backlash that youll get . No, i was not subject under the more ucmj, i was punished in civilian. Its upsetting a lot of people think, he was held to different standard because he was in the military, thats not the choice that they made, very much so was she eligible to be prosecuted under the same law based off of how the law was explained to me at the time.
