The FAA has allowed Boeing's 737 MAX 9 planes to resume flying after inspections, but barred the planemaker from expanding production. The agency had grounded the aircraft following a mid-air blowout on an Alaska Airlines jet. The FAA has also launched an investigation into the incident and instructed 40 of the grounded planes to be reinspected.
