According to a study in the journal
Sleep, about one in three Americans don't get enough sleep. That means they get six or fewer hours of sleep per night. In fact, more people have been reporting less sleep since 2013. Another disturbing finding: The sleep deficit seemed to disproportionately affect Hispanic and non-Hispanic Blacks.
