William Penn statue will not be removed from Welcome Park in Philly, National Park Service says

The National Park Service is seeking the public's input on plans to remove the statue of William Penn from Welcome Park in Old City and rehabilitate the park with a new more "inclusive" design that pays homage to Native American history on the site of Penn's former home.
