Woman arrested after toddler abducted in Sunnyvale from family car

Luong Tammy Huynh, 29, has been arrested in connection with the abduction of a nearly 2-year-old Jacob Jardine in Sunnyvale as he sat in the back of a 2008 Buick Enclave.
