A ROBBER is back behind bars for robbing banks with a fake firearm - after being jailed for the same crime in Swindon nine years ago. Jason Ryan Mark Jarvis of no fixed abode has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of six years and two months after using an imitation firearm to steal from two Bournemouth banks in 2010. Dorset Police say the 49-year-old admitted two charges of robbery, two counts of having an imitation firearm with intent and attempted theft. At around 3pm on December 13 2019, Jarvis entered Barclays Bank in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, and approached a cashier, who was working behind a protective screen.
