Albany police arrest suspect in Friday s Central Avenue shooting

ALBANY – A 33-year-old Colonie man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly shooting and killing LaShon Turner, of Albany, Friday evening on Central Avenue, Albany police said.
Natural Wise Joseph is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon following an investigation by the department s Criminal Investigation Unit, police said.
At the time of Joseph s arrest, he was found with cocaine and charged with criminal possession on a controlled substance, police said.
