Deaths
Pennsylvania reported 38 additional covid deaths on Wednesday, raising its total to 27,123. Of the 38 deaths newly reported Wednesday, 37 are from May and one is from April.
The Allegheny County Health Department reported three more covid deaths to raise its total to 1,942. The deaths ranged from May 15-20, with one person in their 30s and two in their 60s. The state health department reported four deaths in Allegheny County, which saw its total rise to 1,969. The discrepancy between the two health departments has yet to be fully explained.
