Roberts, 38, Gouverneur, NY Charged at 7:29 PM for Failure To Yield The Right Of Way When Entering Roadway and Operating An Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Subject was charged following an investigation of a property damage accident which occurred on West Main Street. Defendant was issued uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date. Monday, April 5, 2021 Bonnie L. Jeror, 37, Massena, NY Arrested at 3:11 PM on an Arrest Warrant for petit larceny issued by the Gouverneur Town Court for failure to appear on 3 separate dates. Defendant was processed and arraigned virtually in the Gouverneur Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Defendant is to reappear in Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.

Burlington man arrested for drug, firearm charges

May 5, 2021 Gulfport, Ill.-  The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a Burlington man on multiple charges. On Saturday, May 1st, at about 3 AM, a Henderson County Deputy initiated a traffic stop on US Rt. 34 at Stevenson Lake in the Village of Gulfport. As a result of the stop, Deputies arrested 40-year-old Keyst W Heater of Burlington for Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of Weapons and was given a citation for loud exhaust. A search of Heater’s vehicle saw deputies find an uncased firearm underneath the driver’s seat and also located methamphetamine in a plastic container.

A DENTON, TEXAS MAN CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE FELONIES IN SALINE COUNTY HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO JAIL TIME

One of two suspects who were arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle has been sentenced to serve jail time. While doing a business check on January 29, Saline County deputies identified a vehicle that had been stolen out of Kansas City on January 20. Two subjects were arrested in connection with the stolen vehicle and possession of controlled substances. Justin Fletcher, 29, of Denton, Texas pleaded guilty on May 3 to two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and a felony charge for tampering with a motor vehicle. The State dismissed the misdemeanor for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The Court sentenced to seven years in the Department of Corrections on all three counts.

GUILFORD IS SENTENCED TO JAIL TIME AFTER BEING FOUND GUILTY OF FELONIES FOR DRUG POSSESSION AND RESISTING ARREST

A Brookfield man who led authorities on a high-speed pursuit through multiple counties last year has been sentenced to jail time after a jury found him guilty of a couple of felonies back in March. Matthew Guilford, of Brookfield, was on the run from authorities on February 11, 2020, after they attempted to pull him over near Laclede. The pursuit traveled through Livingston, Carroll and Lafayette Counties, before Guilford was stopped and taken into custody in Saline County. Guilford was wanted for a felony warrant out of Linn County, as well as a Federal Parole Violation warrant. On March 5, a jury found Guilford guilty of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a Class E Felony for Resisting Arrest, Detention or Stop by Fleeing Creating a Substantial Risk of Serious Injury/Death to Any Person.
