A 23-year-old Sedalia man has been charged with a felony for allegedly speeding away from an attempted traffic stop in Pettis County on Sunday, April 11.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Harley Davidson was traveling at 109 miles per hour in a 65 miles-per-hour zone. The trooper attempted a traffic stop, and the motorcycle pulled into a gas station, but then out the other side and back onto U.S. Highway 65. At one point during the pursuit, the motorcycle split between two vehicles at 115 mph on the highway, and the trooper was advised to terminate the pursuit.

The alleged victim claimed that Deandre Williams struck her in the face several times and bit her during an argument. The reporting officer claims the woman had noticeable injuries consistent with her claims.
Williams is charged with a Class D Felony for Domestic Assault in the Second Degree. Bond has been fixed at $25,000 cash or surety.
Williams was initially arraigned on April 8. His case has been continued for Counsel Status at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 13 at Pettis County Circuit Court.

Watts has been charged with Class A Felonies for Second-Degree Murder and Unlawful Use of a Weapon; a Class D Felony for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; and an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action. Bond remains $500,000 cash or surety.
Watts pleaded not guilty on November 18, 2019.
Watts’ next court appearance has been rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 13 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
