Two area men are facing felony charges for their alleged involvement in a shooting incident that took place in September in Pettis County. During the early morning hours of September 2, officers with the Sedalia Police Department responded to a call in reference to a shooting incident that had taken place. All subjects had left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. The two suspects were identified at 19-year-old Evans Okine Weber and Deris R. Broussard, who is now 19-year-old. The men allegedly fired several shots that struck a vehicle containing four occupants. One of the bullets also struck a nearby residence. There were no injuries reported.
