Alton man charged with aggravated DUI

EDWARDSVILLE – An Alton man was charged Wednesday with aggravated DUI while having a suspended license.
Nathaniel A. Osteen, 38, was charged March 10 with aggravated driving under the influence while license revoked/suspended, a Class 4 felony.
The case was presented by the Alton Police Department.
According to court documents, on Nov. 14 Osteen allegedly was found to be driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and had a suspended driver’s license at the time. Bail was set at $20,000.
