Alcohol appears to be involved in a crash that injured a local man Thursday, April 29 in Hubbard County, according to a press release from the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office.
A one-vehicle rollover was reported at 1:19 a.m. on 200th Street in Todd Township.
Deputies found the driver, Michael Schupp, 32, of Park Rapids, sitting on the roadway. The report states they detected slurred speech and the smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from him. The report further says Schupp admitted he was drunk, and a preliminary breath test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.19.

(KNSI) – A 93-year-old dementia patient who went missing from Elk River has been found in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension say Roberto Solbalvarro was last seen around noon on Wednesday when he took his wife’s vehicle to a church in Elk River for a funeral. After arriving at the church and discovering there was no funeral, he said he was going back home to Big Lake, but never returned.
The BCA gave no other details about Sobalvarro’s condition other than that he has been found.

MOORHEAD, Minn. Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a cab driver in Moorhead.
The 18-year-old man was taken into custody Wednesday night following a joint investigation by Moorhead and Fargo, North Dakota police, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Clay County Sheriff s Office.
Police found 24-year-old Abdullahi Mohamed Abdullahi, of Moorhead, dead in a cab after responding to a single-vehicle crash in south Moorhead around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police say he had been shot during a robbery.
The teen is being held in the Cass County Jail and is facing possible charges of second-degree unintentional murder while committing a felony and first-degree aggravated robbery, KFGO reported.

MOORHEAD A suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of a 24-year-old taxi driver from Moorhead, early Wednesday morning, May 5, in south Moorhead.
Willie Alonzo Sparkman Jr., 18, was arrested Wednesday evening without incident and was being held in the Cass County Jail in Fargo, according to a Facebook post from the Moorhead Police Department.
