Police: One injured in North York shooting
One man was injured in a shooting that happened Friday afternoon in North York, according to police.
A 19-year-old man was taken to WellSpan York Hospital with a grazing wound to his head following a shooting at 12:39 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North George Street, police said.
Police responded to the incident after residents reported hearing up to 10 shots fired, according to a news release.
Surveillance footage later revealed one person in a blue Ford Fusion was shooting at 20-year-old Josiah Wilson, of York City, who fired shots back from the lawn of a home, Northern York County Regional Police said.

A 22-year-old man from Maryland is facing a charge of ethnic intimidation after a Hispanic family was threatened in a racially charged confrontation in Manheim Township, according to charging documents.
Dillon Michael Crabill, who is white, yelled racial slurs at a Hispanic father and son on two occasions, according to charging documents. The alleged encounters started because of grass clippings.
Crabill, of the 2700 block of Mount Ventus Road No.1 in Manchester, Maryland, is charged with ethnic intimidation, a felony; stalking and harassment, both misdemeanors; and criminal trespassing, a summary offense.

A Florida man who was staying at hotel in Manchester Township was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly exposed himself to a housekeeper, according to a Northern York County Regional Police news release.
Christopher Davis, 34, of Orlando, is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and a disorderly conduct summary offense.
Davis was arrested and arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Jeffrey L. Oberdorf. He was released Tuesday from York County Prison on $10,000 unsecured bail, meaning he didn t have to post any money to be freed but could forfeit that amount if he misses court proceedings.

Two partygoers were flown to WellSpan York Hospital with injuries after they fell off a mattress being pulled by a pickup truck, police said.
Northern York County Regional responded to reports of a crash at 2:54 a.m. Sunday in the 5500 block of Wolfgang School Road in Manheim Township.
There, police found a 26-year-old woman from Glen Rock with a major head injury and a 24-year-old man, also of Glen Rock, with a severe leg injury, according to police.
There were no cars at the scene, and police were instead directed to the 6200 block of Wolfgang School Road, where a party had occurred, police said.
