Due to the pandemic and the UK being in lockdown, the pleasure of going out to have a Christmas drink has been seriously curtailed, so we’ve asked five world-renowned celebrity chefs to give their own luxury Christmas drink recipes that we can recreate in the comfort of our own homes. William Curley, chocolatier William Curley is a world-renowned chocolatier, a poet of chocolate. When he was a young chef in London, he would visit Paris to explore different patisseries and chocolate boutiques. Now he has his own chocolate boutique in London, where his chocolates are fairly low in sugar and not too sweet. During the pandemic we all crave nostalgia, to make us feel better. William has created a Nostalgia chocolate range. He says, “I’ve made a selection of bars based on my old childhood favourites, with versions of Bounty, Picnic, Snickers, Ferrero Rocher and many more.”
