Year-round service between Anchorage and Las Vegas, four days a week, will begin May 20. Alaska is also adding daily seasonal routes from Anchorage to Denver and San Francisco from June 17 through Aug. 16. The airline had previously announced the launch of Anchorage-San Francisco for last April but delayed its debut due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Alaska will compete against United on Anchorage-Denver, according to Cirium schedule data. It will be the lone airline serving Anchorage-Las Vegas and Anchorage-San Francisco.
