Brookfield teens helped make a Black History Month resolution. Officials chose the mayor's instead 'to whitewash history,' alderman says

Days after five Brookfield High School students helped draft a resolution to recognize Black History Month in the city, the common council instead passed another proclamation in honor of the month, which was authored by the mayor.
