President Muhammadu Buhari will leave office on May 29, 2023 after completing the two 4-year tenures allowed by the constitution for an elected president. The date is approximately four months away and it is imaginable that no landmark achievement could be recorded against his name between now and that date, hence the headline. The president has his legion of admirers, no doubt. He also has his detractors, but aside from the two groups there are those who care less.
