The Business Development Coordinator works closely with every member of the Business Development team in their local office including the Partner, Director and Manager. The Business Development Coordinator will work in close dialogue with the Business Development Director and Managers on the acquisition of new business by leading the production and delivery of prequalification efforts and generating and managing business development materials and data. Primary responsibilities include generating and managing business development materials such as responses to RFPs and RFQs, interviews, portfolios, and related materials; and supporting logistics for new client inquiries. We are seeking a candidate who is excited to grow your abilities and knowledge, and in turn share your skills and knowledge with the Global Business Development Team who sits in BIG’s Copenhagen, New York, London, Barcelona, and Shenzhen offices. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will coordinate a wide range of tasks simultaneously for multiple projects. Attention to detail is of the outmost importance. The Business Development Coordinator reports to the Business Development Director.
